Final Word on hair Transplants

Final Word

Hair transplantation can be a challenging process, especially when it comes to waiting for the hair to grow. After the procedure, it typically takes around 3 months for the transplanted hairs to start growing. During this time, small scabs may develop on the grafts, which will naturally fall off within 1-2 weeks. It’s important to note that the shaft of the hair will shed along with these scabs, but there’s no need to worry as the root remains intact. Over the next few months, the new hair shaft will gradually grow beneath the skin and eventually emerge on the surface. The hair will continue to mature and become denser for up to 10 months. Therefore, it may take approximately 9 to 10 months to fully appreciate the final results of the surgery.
